Phil McCall

Chief Operating Officer

As the chief operating officer of IMARC, Phil McCall brings more than two decades of experience in the mortgage industry to his role. McCall oversees all operations at IMARC and is specfically responsible for acquiring and serving new and existing clients. He is a seasoned expert in loan origination and underwriting, mortgage fraud, loss and litigation, and real estate-based transactions.

Previously, McCall was the president and part-owner of a mortgage lender headquartered in Anaheim, CA. McCall is a Member of the Association of Cerified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI). McCall obtained his Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Phoenix. He is a licensed broker in California and is a direct endorsed underwriter for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). McCall has held real estate and broker licenses in more than 20 other states.
