Who Does IMARC Hire?
IMARC hires both full-time and part-time employees from a variety of backgrounds and skill sets. The search is always on for new, ambitious and intelligent people who are willing to learn!
- How can a loan officer slip false income into a file without the borrower knowing about it?
- Do you know how to spot a falsified source of down payment or a VOD?
- How can the HUD-1 determine whether you have fraud-for-profit or fraud-for-housing?
If you can answer these questions, IMARC would like to hear from you! If not, don't despair! IMARC is constantly accepting new hires into its training programs to be mentored by some of the most experienced mortgage professionals in the industry.
Requirements for Consideration
Please Note! Applicants who do not meet ALL of the following requirements will not be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer proficiency
- Type at least 30 WPM
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Things That Will Make Your Application Stronger
- College degree
- High school AP curriculum
- Complete understanding of full loan documentation files
- Exceptional industry experience
- Foreign Languages (bilingual? trilingual? More? We need you!)
